1. Using our service

By using the SnackiFry website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices shown on the menu at checkout are the prices you will be charged. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider.

You are responsible for making sure your contact and delivery details are correct. We cannot refund orders sent to the wrong address because of incorrect information.

3. Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

4. Allergies and dietary requirements

Allergy information is available in store and on request. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to a team member before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Do not share your login details with anyone else. We may suspend accounts that appear to be misused.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
